Nicholas Gross

Nicholas Gross is Senior Vice President of Integrated Solutions for AAR, an independent provider of aviation services to commercial and government customers worldwide.

In 2019, Gross was appointed a corporate officer in addition to his current role as Senior Vice President of Integrated Solutions, a business which manages commercial and government fleet management services and programs for customers around the world.

​

Gross joined AAR in March of 2016 as Vice President of Integrated Solutions – Government to oversee the development of custom solutions for government fleets worldwide, including aviation supply chain and contractor logistics support (CLS).

​

Before joining AAR, Gross spent over 16 years in international management, strategic development and project execution, including positions with Michael Baker International, KS International and KBR, Inc.

​

Gross is a U.S. Air Force veteran serving four years in the Civil Engineering Squadron with numerous international deployments. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Troy University.
